2018 Trestle Glen Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Trestle Glen 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was the initial production from vines on our Trestle Glen estate vineyard and additional vines in Sonoma county. The Trestle Glen vineyard sits on a steep, south-facing hillside above a creek. Grapes were harvested in September 2018. Primary fermentation lasted 14 days then began bulk aging with medium French Oak for 12 months.
2019 Piedmonte Nebbiolo
Our 100% Nebbiolo is from vines sourced from Piedmonte, Italy. Grapes were harvested in September 2019. Primary fermentation lasted 15 days then began bulk aging with medium French Oak for 12 months.
